Our role
We act for Registered Charities. We provide advice and reporting requirements needed to meet Section 36 obligations, when disposing of land or property under the Charities Act 1993.
We will address to the trustees, a detailed, evidence-based report, based on the statutory definition of market value that provides:
- Our opinion of the value for the property in question
- The most appropriate method of disposal
- Whether to carry out works prior to sale
- How best to advertise the property
We assess all kinds of residential and commercial property, including those of non-standard construction. Our aim is to help you make sound financial decisions relating to property.
A Charities Act valuation conducted by Windrush Associates’ RICS registered valuers will advise you how to make optimum use of the property, for the best interests of the Charity, at the point of disposal.
